AC Storm Summer Camps 2013
All of us at AC Storm Soccer Academy are pleased to announce that we will be offering a range of camps this summer!
All of our camps will be conducted by West Michigan's leader in Michigan State Cup's won, Jim Fuller, and Jamie Fuller. The prime focus of each day will be heavily on foot skills, confidence, "mastering the ball", technique, passing, shooting and finishing. All drills will be conducted under the Meulensteen training method used at Manchester United. Because of the economical advantage that our drills provide, every player WILL improve in the technical, tactical, and fitness aspects of the game. Also, in order to inspire further improvement, a detailed evaluation will be provided for every player on the last day of camp.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Our training will accommodate field players and goalkeepers. A Maximum of 40 players is accepted for our High School Boys Preparation Camp. A maximum of 24 players is accepted for all others.

WHAT DO I BRING?
Outdoor/indoor/turf shoes, shin guards, ball and water. An AC Storm Soccer Academy DriFit shirt will be provided on the first day of camp
TRAINING DATES AND TIMES
Boys/Girls U9-U12: July 15-18, 5-7 PM
Girls U14+: July 22-26, 5-7 PM
High School Boys Preparation Camp: July 29-August 2, 5-8 PM
COST
$120 per player. The cost of our High School Boys Preparation Camp will be $150.

RELEASE AND WAIVER
Consent and Release Agreement. I hereby authorize AC Storm Soccer Academy staff to direct my child:

I certify that my child has no mental or physical problems which may affect his or her ability to safely participate in this training. I accept and clearly understand that soccer is a contact sport, that there are inherent dangers and other risks involved in soccer, and injuries may occur; knowing this, I authorize the training staff to attend to any health problem or injury my child may incur while attending training sessions. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the AC Storm Soccer Academy, it’s employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all liability that may arise out of my child’s participation during training sessions.
I accept full responsibility for any and all medical expenses or damages which may result from my child’s participation in the AC Storm Soccer Academy training sessions, regardless of whether I have any insurance to cover such. I have carefully read, understand and accept the terms of the above agreement. I/We also, hereby give consent for AC Storm Soccer Academy to use photographs/video and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes.
